Goals
Mission of Reason™ (MOR) encourages its members to volunteer
their time and skills to make the world a better place. MOR also
promotes financial contributions to other non-profit organizations
that contribute to helping humanity.
Charitable Contributions
Currently MOR encourages its members donate to institutions that
promote a positive and rational vision for the future of humanity.
Organizations to which MOR members donate include The
Planetary Society.
Mission of Reason™ is a 501(c) 3 corporation and your donation
is tax deductible. We are registered with the State of Colorado as
a charitable organization. For more information, see the About Us
page. You can donate immediately by clicking on the Donate Now
button on our Home Page. While MOR generally uses funds to
support the MOR organization through our own activities, we also
donate funds to humanitarian efforts. Some examples of this was
our donations to the South Asian Tsunami relief effort, Hurricane
Katrina victims, and the South Asian Earthquake victims.
Volunteering
MOR members volunteer for teaching mathematics, creative
thinking, and science in the public schools. MOR members
donate time helping students learn in these areas. This includes
the K-12 Radio Telescope Initiative. If your school is in the Denver
area and interested in obtaining a working Radio Telescope,
please contact us by clicking on the above "Contact MOR" button,
and send us a message.
Other MOR volunteer efforts include member donations of time
and effort to local communities to improve the quality of life.
